Where are you? I can’t find an address/phone number on this website.
My name is Jessica Peake and I am the South Australian representative for the Reece Bancell Memorial Association which is an Australian wide charity. On the 10th and 11th of December 2011 I will be holding a huge raffle at South Australia’s biggest road racing event at Mallala. I am seeking donations to add to create the prizes for the raffle. After a lot off time and research I would like to invite you to donate some product to the Reece Bancell Family Christmas raffle.
The Reece Bancell Memorial Association raises money to support getting motorcyclists off the public roads and giving them an education on how to behave and ride safely. The Association also provides medical equipment at all race Tracks around Australia. Also providing grief counselling for anyone who has been effected by a life changing motorcycle accident including competitors, family and friends of the riders.
Over the years the Association has helped many people and families and we hope to continue doing so for many more years. Your support is very appreciated and in return for donations I am more then happy to hand business cards, flyer’s or any other promotional material on the night.
There will be 3000 people plus at the event from all around Australia. This raffle will be one of the main focus points of the weekend as we have got some really lovely prizes donated. Each donor will get several mentions throughout the weekend.
Please email me back in regards to donations and any more information you would like to know. If postage is a hassle I am happy to cover the costs.
Thank You.
