Sustainable shade grown organic coffee, silky smooth seductive flavour. This coffee is from the Jinotega region, is considered one of the finest of Latin America with ‘classic’ cup qualities of great body, clean flavour and body.

With 95% of growers being small producers, this is truly a cooperative, covering 17 communities and 6 municipalities. This certified organic coffee is grown under lush indigenous shade trees. This provides natural habitiat and food for local wildlife as well as a vital haven for migratory birds.
