Niederegger Marzipan comes from Lübeck, Germany. Niederegger have been committed to producing quality marzipan since 1806. They use marzipan with the raw mixture’s sugar content. Niederegger do not add any additional sugar to the 35% that is usually present in the raw mixture, and they exclusively use almonds of Mediterranean origin that convey their full aroma to the marzipan.
