Hot Chocolate and Coffee

What is the perfect marriage to chocolate? Gourmet coffee and hot chocolate! We sell a selection of freshly roasted coffee beans that we grind as requested. Our hot chocolate range is available in 8oz take away cups.

Hot Chocolate

Each serve of our award winning hot chocolate contains 50% cocoa which is at least three times the amount of cocoa found in hot chocolate from most cafes. It is also the most exotic and fulfilling hot drink you will ever experience with a choice of pure, vanilla, cardamom, chilli, jaffa or cinnamon. Spiced Chai Latte is also available. It will take you to your happy place.

Jasper Coffee - Addictive Excellence

At Chocolate World we sell the highest quality single origin arabicas that Jasper Coffee can roast. We accept into our repertoire only those distinctions of flavour, body and aroma that satisfy our palate to perfection.

We choose to order only 100% Arabica coffees that are roasted fresh to ensure the best flavours are produced.

Jasper Coffee are strongly committed to growers and their families and the environment through our range of Certified Fairtrade & Organic and Shade Grown coffees, each with a unique story. They are founding members of the Fairtrade Association of Australia & New Zealand.

Their search to explore the full potential of exotic coffee varietals has led them to every corner of the globe. This same spirit of exploration, adventure and obsession finds its way into every cup of Jasper coffee.

Each of our coffees has a story of their own...

Café Femenino

An Incan treasure glistening with credentials, grown, harvested, processed and roasted by women. Despite numerous advances in many parts of the world, the marginalisation and oppression of women still occurs, especially in areas of extreme poverty. In rural communities of Peru, the isolation results in a high abuse rate.

But now with Cafe Femenino Fair Trade and Organic premiums, the dream of women coffee farmers and their integration into social, political and occupational organisations is a reality.

Okapa Organic

This coffee grows in the Eastern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea, called Okapa. Previously unavailable to the world due to the inaccessibility of the region, Jasper's coffee is now able to offer some of the most exclusive wild-grown Fair Trade Certified coffee available on the world market. It is also shade-grown perserving the lush jungle. Legume shade trees replenish nitrogen in the soil for the coffee plants to use and peanut ground runners do the same as well as aiding in weed control. Shade grown provides natural habitat and food for local wildlife as well as a vital haven for migratory birds.Wild grown coffee providing local tribes people with sustainable income. Bold aroma with a heavenly honey finish.

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe

World Vision and Jasper Coffee, Australia's leading premium Fairtrade coffee company, have formed a partnership to bring you an exquisite Fairtrade and Organic Certified coffee from Ethiopia. The beans have been harvested from the region of Yirgacheffe, considered one of the finest coffee regions in the world. For many years World Vision has worked with communities in Yirgacheffe to help improve agricultural skills and assist growers to access sustainable markets through fair trade. As you enjoy its rich, exquisite taste, you are also helping growers in Yirgacheffe and their families improve their living conditions through fairer and better prices - which is what Fairtrade coffee is all about. Pronounced honey, almond tastes, a rich smooth, clean body with luscious chocolate hints.

Guatelamalan Rainforest Coban

Be rewarded with the bean from the high altitude rainforests of Guatemala. It carries with it beautifully balanced, yet exotic flavours of the land of its birth. Imbibe in its rich plummy liquor and definitive old port finish.

Brasil Santos

This Brasil grade is an unwashed New York C standard A grade, there are of course many grades but this one presents itself with a crisp pitch at the front palate similar to that of a good reisling. What follows resembles one of my favourite comfort foods, a flavour of roasted or baked potato. It sounds crazy but it's these characteristics that have made it a must have for so many cafe blends. It goes well with milk and presents equally well as an espresso, although not nearly enough do we drink it as a single origin. Classic of World coffee! From the port of Santos comes a rich, short coffee with a clean Riesling front palate.

Indian Mysore Tiger

A much-underrated shade grown bean, now achieving global recognition for its consistent dense, smooth and warm nutty character. Grown next to the Nagarahole National Park, home to a wildlife conservation project for endangered Bengal Tigers.

A shade grown coffee, delicious consistent dense taste with smooth warm nutty characteristics.

Nicaraguan Organic

Sustainable shade grown organic coffee, silky smooth seductive flavour. This coffee is from the Jinotega region, is considered one of the finest of Latin America with 'classic' cup qualities of great body, clean flavour and body. With 95% of growers being small producers, this is truly a cooperative, covering 17 communities and 6 municipalities. This certified organic coffee is grown under lush indigenous shade trees. This provides natural habitiat and food for local wildlife as well as a vital haven for migratory birds.

Ethiopian Sidamo

Breathtaking buttery biscuit and heavy handed cocoa makes this a coffee to remember. Ethiopia, is the birthplace of coffee and it accounts for half of Ethiopia's export earnings. Oromia's coffee is shade-grown, organic and bird-friendly. The coffee bushes are interspersed with plants such as cardamon, ginger, fruits such as mangoes and avacadoes and root crops such as sweet potatoes, whilst acacias and oaks provide shade. This along with the fallen leaves, decaying plant matter and animal manure, enrichs the soil producing a higher quality coffee crop.

Kenya Peaberry

Although one of the rarest coffees, Wells continues to add it to many of our blends because of its unique sweet character. Like Wells, it's deeper and nuttier than other peaberries. Treat yourself to it's depth of flavour.

Life is too short for bad chocolate... AND coffee!
